Brats Celebrating
As much we love working and coming up with innovative solutions, it's not all that we do here at Minebrat. Though work is important (and pays bills) it shouldn't be the sole focus in anybody's life. Certainly not in our brats' life. That's why we don't miss a single opportunity to celebrate, whether its birthdays, holidays or just a cheat day from work.
And our informal office atmosphere definitely helps to beat the awkwardness during office vacations (every six months without fail). If you think vacationing with the boss is not fun, then we have evidence to the contrary.
All these extra-curricular activities we take up aren't just boxes to tick on a balanced work-life checklist. Because we genuinely believe that happy people are more creative in every way. And the happiness brats' associate with the company should go beyond the monthly paycheck.
Hopefully, we are on the right track to achieve an office space where joy and productivity aren't mutually exclusive. If not, we will keep at it.
