end users had to spend a lot of time completing the loan details.
It typically used to follow a guided navigation following multiple
stages.
SKADEPT, a
Minebrat approached the problem with the intention to first, ensure
the user continue the form filling any time, and anywhere without
losing any post data, thus ensuring convenience. Post working with
product team, Minebrat was able to reduce the steps and gave a
simplistic UI, to make sure customer can fill up all the details
without moving away from context. Interactive screens were used to
achieve this.
